My name is Kim and I work at the Pennsylvania SPCA, and I’m writing to address some errors in this post. On January 1 the PSPCA is taking over the PACCA facility at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue to operate Animal Control for the City of Philadelphia. PAWS will remain in operation and will be a rescue partner with the PSPCA. In spite of this idiotic “representative” (and I use the term loosely), I am happy to report that Bill 2525 DID pass and overwhelmingly so!

I used to live in PA and the announcement regarding the Bill was forwarded to me. When this insensitive clod does come up for re-election, I hope the good people of PA will remember this incident and send him packing back to the log that he apparently crawled out from under. You need and deserve better representation.

I’d highly recommend desecrating this man’s grave with piles of dog shit one day. He doesn’t have long on this planet. Let’s hope he faces a difficult, long, painful death via the laws of karma.

These are the people behind deliberately cruelty to animals. They need to be severely punished and ostracized from our communities. Chances are if they’re cruel to animals they are just as capable of causing great suffering to human beings with their corrupt, sick politics.

This is shameful and disgusting – no legislator should have ANY reason to not support this 100%. I just write my rep a letter (he, unfortunately, voted against it. Starting tomorrow, I am distributing this info to everyone at my work and making sure everyone calls their reps. I’ve got nothing but tons of time and a LOT of passion about this issue and I am making it my mission to see that my rep is voted out. I know LOTS of non-”animal people” and they all support this bill completely.
